Outcomes vary based on individual effort and commitment. Payments & Refunds All payments must be completed before program access is granted. Refunds and cancellations follow our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital products are non-refundable, and coaching programs are non-refundable once they begin. Content may be used for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold without written permission. Refund & Cancellation Policy Lauren Neil | Health Coaching Programs 1. General Policy Lauren Neil is committed to providing high-quality coaching, education, and support. Because my programs involve digital materials, live coaching, and personalized guidance, please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling. 2. Coaching Programs (Group & Individual) Cancellations Before Program Start: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase and before the program officially begins, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations After Program Start: Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes group programs, individual coaching, or self-paced courses. However, you may defer your enrollment to a future program date one time at no additional cost. Missed Sessions: No refunds or credits are provided for missed live sessions. Recordings and resources will be made available when applicable. 3. Digital Products, Courses, & Downloads Due to the instant access nature of digital resources (meal plans, guides, presentations, recipes, PDFs, etc.), all digital purchases are final and non-refundable. 4. Payment Plans Clients who enroll using a payment plan are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to materials or sessions until the account is current. 5. Program Changes or Cancellations by Lauren Neil Wellness In the rare event that Lauren Neil Wellness must cancel or reschedule a program, you will receive either: A full refund, or The option to transfer your credit to a future program date or service. 6. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unforeseen situations can occur (e.g., medical emergencies). Refund requests under exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required. 7.
